Do I need to refrigerate the freeze-dried treats?
No, they are shelf stable when kept in a cool, dry place. Once opened, please use within 30 days. You can put them in the freezer to extend
Is this product safe to handle?
Yes, our treats are gently cooked to the appropriate internal temperature for each type of product. They are 100% safe for you to hold, break apart, and feed.
Ingredients & Sourcing
Do you add anything else to your freeze-dried treats?
No, we don’t add any preservatives, chemicals, fillers, seasonings, etc.. There is nothing else but the single ingredient item.
Are your ingredients human grade?
Yes. Every cut of meat, vegetable, or fruit we select would be like the kind you buy for you (or your family). If it’s not good enough for a human to eat, it doesn’t go in our treats.
Why are these cooked?
Cooking effectively eliminates bacteria-based contamination, making these a great alternative for pets with sensitive stomachs that struggle to process raw treats.
Where are these cooked?
We are licensed to prepare and cook our treats in a rented commercial kitchen.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source from trusted, certified regions and focus entirely on quality & sustainability. We look locally first, but will source from global certified suppliers (in the US or Europe) for superior and sustainable ingredients.
Diet & Health Restrictions
Are these safe for pets with allergies?
Generally yes because we use single-ingredients with nothing else added. However, for pets with severe or specific allergies, double-check the single-ingredient on the bag. We are working to develop new products for every diet.
Can cats eat these too?
Yes. Cats can have the shared protein single-ingredient treats as they are obligate carnivores. You may need to break the treats into smaller pieces, crumble and use a a meal topper, or try rehydrating depending on your cat’s texture preference.

This is so you know exactly what your pet is eating and helps to remove guesswork in elimination diets and allergy management.
Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship within the U.S. due to customs regulations and appropriate licensing for freeze-dried meat products.
How much is shipping?
Currently it is $6.50 USD flat rate since our products are usually shipped in boxes.
